Lune Spark Class Policies

Our classes focus on deep learning, and most of our students continue for months or years to refine their craft.

• Each class meets weekly for 50 minutes on the same day and time.
• A one-time $50 registration fee is required to reserve your spot. This non-refundable fee applies toward your first session.
• If you cannot attend your first class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will reschedule your first class for the following week or another preferred week. If you miss the first class without notice, we will automatically move the booking to the next week once as a courtesy.
• Upon arrival for your first session, you will be enrolled in a monthly membership, which begins the following week.
• Even though payment is processed on the first day, your membership officially starts the next week, ensuring you receive four full classes per charge.

Membership costs

• $195 per month for the first discipline (Primary Class Plan).
• $175 per month for each additional discipline (Household Discount Plan - includes a 10% discount).
• Example: if your child is already enrolled in Drawing class at Lune Spark and you want to start Acting class for yourself or your child, the second membership from the house will be $175/month, as your child is already on a primary membership.
• The first month's fee is fully refundable if you decide not to continue and notify us within 5 days of attending your first class.
• Memberships can be paused or canceled anytime with no penalties.
• Classes offer opportunities to learn from experts, build your portfolio, and even showcase or sell your artwork.

Note: While we strive to maintain consistency in our instructors, we cannot guarantee the same instructor for the duration of a class, as unforeseen circumstances may require a change. However, we ensure that all our instructors meet the highest standards to provide a quality learning experience.

• You can pause your membership instead of canceling to retain your original rate, even if prices increase while you're on hold.
• Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee a spot in the same class when you return.
• Unused classes will be honored-when you unpause, your remaining classes will be used first before billing resumes.
• If you have multiple memberships, the Primary Class Plan must remain active when pausing only some memberships.
• While paused, your Lune Spark Points remain active but can only be used once your membership resumes.

To pause a membership, please complete this Membership Pause Request Form. Our team will review your request and reach out if needed.

• Many clients choose to pause instead of canceling to retain their rate. If you cancel and return later, new rates will apply.
• Cancellation must be requested with enough notice to complete any remaining classes within the billing cycle. No refunds or points will be issued for unused sessions.
• Pausing or canceling membership does not charge a booking or refund processing fee.
• If canceling only some memberships, the Primary Class Plan must remain active.
• Use your points before canceling-points expire upon cancellation.

To cancel a membership, please complete the Membership Cancellation Form.

• You may switch to a different class once per quarter per membership.
• There is no fee for switching, and we encourage students to explore different disciplines.

• You will receive a full refund if you cancel within 5 days of attending your first class.
• After booking a class, a booking processing fee may apply as a percentage of the program booking amount at checkout. Membership monthly billing is separate and is not charged this fee.
• If you cancel a program booking, a refund processing fee may apply as a percentage of the amount paid for that booking. That fee is retained by your center; the remainder is refunded to your card.
• Pausing or canceling membership does not charge a processing or refund fee on monthly membership billing.
• No refunds are given for pausing or canceling membership after the first-month window described above.

We issue Lune Spark Points (4,000 per missed session) in the following cases:

1. Student Absences

• Eligible reasons: travel, illness, family events, emergency, etc.
• Must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to receive points, unless it's illness or emergency. In case of illness or emergency a shorter notice is acceptable.
• Up to 2 student absences per quarter qualify for points. A quarter is a three month duration including Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul-Sep, Oct-Dec.

To request absence and claim credits for eligible absence, please fill Class Eligible Absence Request Form.

2. Teacher Out-of-Office

If a teacher is unavailable, affected students receive 4,000 points per session missed (membership must be active).

3. Holiday Closures

If Lune Spark is closed on a holiday, affected students receive 4,000 points per session missed (membership must be active).

Lune Spark is closed for classes on the following holidays. For each impacted session, students receive 4,000 points:

• Martin Luther King Jr. Day
• Presidents' Day
• Memorial Day
• Juneteenth
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Columbus Day
• Veterans Day
• Thanksgiving Break
• Christmas & New Year's Break

We allow you to redeem points for:

• Booking camps & workshops online.
• Purchasing products.
• Skipping a membership payment (if you have 16,000+ points).
• 16,000 points = 4-class session credit (one-month waiver).
• This can be done once every 6 months for each membership.

Additionally, based on client preferences, we no longer offer make-up classes. Instead, this expanded use of points provides greater flexibility for our members.
