Trackout camp pricing

Trackout weeks (Mon - Fri) are offered in several time configurations. Pick the schedule that works best for your family.

Summer camps

Summer camps are offered only as full-week 45-hour (8 AM - 5 PM) camps, with movie-making included - the same as the $395 trackout configuration above. Occasionally we open additional weeklong configurations at Chapel Hill and Holly Springs based on availability - check lunespark.com or call the front desk to ask.

Movie-making add-on | $50

Movie Making is an optional add-on for an additional $50 on top of any full-week trackout. The $395 full-week rate already includes movie-making (45-hour 8 AM - 5 PM week + $50 add-on). See Movie-Making Add-On below for cancellation rules.

Camp does not run on the following holidays. If a closure day falls inside your camp week, the booking system automatically adjusts your price (e.g., a 5-day week with one closure day is priced as the 4-day rate).

Other federal holidays (MLK Day, President's Day, Juneteenth, Indigenous Peoples' Day, Veteran's Day) - camp runs as usual.

Most camp weeks run Monday - Friday. If you can only attend part of the week, we offer 2-day, 3-day, and 4-day options priced as a fraction of the full 5-day price:

Half-day and one-day rates are listed separately on our website. The fractional pricing above applies to multi-day partial-week bookings only.

10% off the total when more than one child is registered

Registering two or more children at the same time earns you 10% off the combined total. Works for any combination - full-week, partial-week (2/3/4-day), or a mix of both, across the same week or different weeks. Applied automatically at checkout. The discount applies to the camp base price (not to add-ons like the $50 movie-making fee).

You can upgrade your camper from a partial-week to a longer partial-week or to a full week at any time before camp starts, subject to availability. The upgrade cost is: New tier price - amount already paid.

Examples (assuming a $325 40-hour full-week base price):

• 2 days -> 3 days: $228 - $163 = $65 due
• 3 days -> 5 days: $325 - $228 = $97 due
• 2 days -> 5 days: $325 - $163 = $162 due

Downgrades (booking fewer days than originally registered) are treated as a cancellation of the dropped days and follow the cancellation tiers below.

1 Lune Spark Point = $1 USD.

When you redeem credit or points toward a booking, 1 point = $1. You can apply credit to the camp base price, movie-making add-on, classes, workshops, and events. Late-pickup fees and outside-the-program items (e.g., merchandise) are paid in cash only.

What you can recover depends on how much notice you give us. We've structured these tiers so that the lead time we have is enough to re-fill the seat from our waitlist.

Sliding scale based on notice given before camp start date:

• "Notice" means a written cancellation request received at hello@lunespark.com or in person at the front desk.
• A 5% administrative fee is deducted from cash refunds to cover payment processing.
• Cash refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 - 10 business days.

We'd much rather move your camper to a different week than cancel.

• Reschedules are limited to the same calendar year and the same program type (summer ↔ summer; trackout ↔ trackout).
• One reschedule per registration. A second reschedule is treated as a cancellation.
• Reschedules require email confirmation. Same-day reschedule requests are not guaranteed and depend on availability.

About Lune Spark credit

• Credits are issued at face value - no markup or discount.
• Valid for 12 months from the date issued.
• Usable on any Lune Spark program - camps, classes, workshops, events.
• Non-transferable between families (use it for your child's siblings; not for a friend).
• Cannot be redeemed for cash once issued.
• Cannot be combined with promotional discounts of more than 10% off.

The movie-making add-on funds additional movie-making staff and post-production cost.

• The same cancellation and reschedule tiers above apply to the movie-making fee.
• If you cancel only the movie-making piece but keep the base camp week, the $50 is automatically converted to Lune Spark credit (no cash refund regardless of notice given).

We know things happen.

Please don't bring a sick child to camp

Even with a mask. It's not fair to other campers, and we will call you to pick up. See our "If your camper is under the weather" note in the welcome letter.

In rare cases we have to cancel - severe weather, instructor unavailability, facility issue.

• We notify you by 7:00 AM the day of camp (or as soon as we know in advance).
• You receive a full cash refund OR full Lune Spark credit - your choice.
• For partial-week cancellations (e.g., one day affected by weather), we prorate the credit or refund.

No-shows & missed days

• A no-show is not eligible for refund, credit, or reschedule.
• If you can't make a single day mid-week, you don't need to notify us - but we can't credit or refund unused days.

Late pickup

• 15-minute grace period after your camp's pickup window - no charge.
• $10 per hour after the grace period, charged up to 6:00 PM. Pickup windows vary by camp type - refer to your booking for your camp's pickup time.
• All campers must be picked up by 6:00 PM.
• Late pickup fees are non-refundable per use.

Half-day, one-day, and partial-week camps

• The cancellation and reschedule tiers above apply proportionally.
• Half-day and one-day camps cancelled less than 7 days out are not eligible for refund or credit - we've already staffed for them.

• Camper's name
• Camp week and center (Apex / Chapel Hill / Holly Springs)
• Reason for cancellation or reschedule (helps us improve)
• Whether you want to cancel or reschedule (and if rescheduling, your preferred new week)

We confirm within one business day.
